• Onsite Consulting Meeting
  Eight hours of on-site consulting with Spencer Kalker for a detailed review of your showroom and processes.  This meeting will focus on the direction in which you would like your business to go, review of your current market, products, showroom improvements, merchandising, and marketing plan.  You will receive a post meeting outline with suggestions for short term and long term goals/improvements.
   
• Offsite Consulting Meeting
  Phone/Skype meeting with Spencer Kalker for a detailed review of your showroom. This meeting will focus on the direction in which you would like to take your business, review of your current market, products, showroom improvements, merchandising, and marketing plan. We require photos of the showroom and all available “as is” drawings be sent to us for review prior to the meeting.
   
• Showroom Design Project
  New store or remodel. We review your needs and design a store that is your most important tool in communicating your message. As a specialty retailer operating a showroom, you probably invest more in rent than any single fixed expense. If you have a design that maximizes your ability to communicate your value and skill, you will be able to better achieve your goals. And because of our experience, probably save some money. • Showroom Design Refresh
  Interior finishes selected to meet your specific needs. Includes wall finishes, floor coverings, merchandising/display fixture finishes. Finishes will be presented in an IC Showroom Design Binder, it includes a clear breakdown of specifications in both room-by-room format and schedules for contractors. All samples available will be included for your convenience.
   
• Lifestyle Area Upgrade
  Create a whole house lifestyle area in your current showroom. This is a unique way to update your showroom by adding a whole house backdrop to show your customers how your products will fit into their lifestyles without redesigning your entire showroom. This can be accomplished with minimal square footage in a design developed to demonstrate your expertise.
